Subscription Terms

These terms explain monthly and yearly FylTransfer subscriptions.

Billing cycle

A monthly or yearly plan renews automatically for the same period until cancelled. The final amount, billing cycle, currency, any tax, and any accepted discount are shown before payment confirmation.

Currency display

Local-currency displays may be estimates based on exchange-rate information. Your payment processor shows the final charge currency and amount before you authorise payment. Your bank may apply its own conversion or international-transaction fee.

Plan limits

Each plan includes transfer-size, monthly-capacity, expiry, and feature limits shown on the website or in your account. Unused capacity does not roll over unless a plan specifically says it does. Fair-use and abuse controls apply.

Promotional offers

A promo code may be limited by plan, billing cycle, expiry date, number of uses, or customer. A promotion applies only after the checkout accepts it and does not create cash credit.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, we may retry the payment, request another payment method, restrict paid features, or move the account to a lower-access state. We will not ask you to send card details by email or support message.

Plan and price changes

You can request an upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation. We may change future plan prices or limits with reasonable notice. A change does not rewrite a billing period already paid for unless both sides agree.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
